    elegant hotel
    attentive service
    slow service
    high prices

The hotel exudes elegance and old-world charm, coupled with attentive service. The food was delightful, but the slow service impacted the experience. Prices are on the higher end, yet the ambiance makes it worth a visit. A beautiful place, but perhaps a bit understaffed at times.

    luxurious retreat
    cozy ambiance
    extensive buffet
    cramped lobby
    minor issues
    room service

This hotel radiates elegance. The rooms, designed for comfort, felt like a luxurious retreat. The staff offered remarkable service, making me feel valued throughout my stay. This hotel’s breakfast buffet deserves special mention. it was extensive and delicious, perfect to start the day. I particularly loved the atmosphere in the Blue Bar, with creative drinks and a cozy ambiance. However, the lobby felt cramped, which detracted from the overall experience. I expected more spacious, inviting areas to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Also, a couple of minor issues arose with room service. it could be more consistent. Still, the splendor of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff made for an enjoyable stay.

    cramped lobby

I loved the elegant decor throughout the hotel, especially the stunning chandeliers and marble-clad walls, which provided a refined atmosphere. The lobby's accessibility made it comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate with ease.

More seating in the lobby would be nice.

    modern room
    responsive staff
    ideal location
    limited breakfast choices
    slow service at breakfast

My recent stay at Sacher Wien was outstanding. The room was a Deluxe Room, modern and carefully maintained, providing a comfortable working environment. The staff was exceptionally responsive, catering to all my business needs, including timely assistance with meeting arrangements and printing documents. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing important meetings and engaging with the city's offerings.

The breakfast selections could be improved.

Had an amazing time with friends! The first-class service and the family atmosphere really made our stay memorable. The staff treated us like family, adding a special touch to our experience. If you're a dessert lover, don’t miss indulging in the delicious Sacher Torte during your visit!

The lobby felt quite cramped, which was surprisingly off-putting for such a lovely place. It lacked a spacious area to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

! From the moment we walked in, the bellman swooped in to take our bags like it was the most natural thing in the world. Also, our room had this stunning view of the opera house. I mean, it was one of a kind!

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience made it totally worth it.

I truly enjoyed the immediate access to both the Vienna State Opera just a short five-minute walk away and the serene atmosphere of the nearby Burggarten, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picturesque view of the palace gardens, where I could escape the bustling city life, not to mention the remarkable service that made my stay memorable and smooth.
